The Terms and Conditions presented below are the agreement between the Company (Denver Car Shipping) and the Client. These Terms and Conditions can be changed by Denver Car Shipping at any moment without any notice.
Denver Car Shipping is a licensed and bonded broker. The Company keeps the right to refuse any Client in providing auto transport services without offering an explanation.
The Client agrees that the Company is authorized to arrange auto shipping for the Client between the locations of pick-up and delivery that are specified in the Carrier Order Form.
Standard car transport service by the Company is door-to-door, unless otherwise is noted in the Carrier Order Form due to the inaccessibility of one or both locations for the trucks. Alternative locations will be chosen after discussing with the Client.
It is the Client’s responsibility to prepare the vehicle for the shipping. All the fragile and loose parts and accessories must be removed prior the pick-up. If the parts and accessories are not removed or properly secured and cause damage to the Client’s vehicle or other vehicles, it is the Client’s responsibility.
The items placed inside the vehicle will not be covered by the carrier’s insurance.
At the time of loading and unloading, both the Client and the Company’s carrier inspect the vehicle on the subject of damage. If there is any damage occurred during auto transport, it must be noted in the Bill of Lading.
The Company’s carriers provide a minimum of $1000000 in liability insurance and $250000 in cargo insurance. The Company’s carrier is responsible for the vehicle while it is in the process of shipping.
The shipping dates are estimated. The Company will make an effort to arrange pick-up and drop-off in the time frame convenient for the Client.
The Company is not responsible for the cases of severe weather conditions.
The Company has no responsibility over rental fees.
If the shipment is cancelled earlier than 24 before the pick-up, there is no cancellation fee.
